Solace Mason - Sycamore Assistant Teacher
Solace is a toddler assistant teacher. She is a mom of 2 herself and has always known since she was a child that she wanted to be a mother & a teacher. She loves the adventurous mindset and non judgement children have and how we could all learn from them and their gentle souls! She has been in the early childhood industry for over 7 years starting at 14 years old being a nanny and working under her mother who was an occupational therapist for the Muckleshoot Indian Tribal school, from there she has expanded her knowledge through school & experience. A few fun facts about her: She is a Seattle Native, born at the UW Medical Center and her family has been in Seattle for over 100 years! Starting with her strong beautiful great grandmother who came here for the amazing opportunities. She graduated from an outdoor environmental science school named WELS. She was a camp leader for their outdoor school named Camp Waskowitz and have lead and inspired over 300+ Washington children the importance of conserving our beautiful state. Her passion is children & she is so blessed to be apart of the Sycamore family!
