July Kayap - Sycamore Teacher aSSISTANT
July Kayap is deeply passionate about early childhood education and helping those in need. Originally trained as a nurse in Ecuador, she brings both compassion and a strong sense of responsibility to every classroom and community she joins. Her dream is to one day lead a ministry that offers support and hope to those who need it most, reflecting her lifelong commitment to service and faith. July finds joy in creating nurturing, playful spaces where children can learn, feel valued, and grow in confidence. She believes that true learning begins with love, trust, and a sense of belonging—and she strives to build those connections with every child, family, and colleague she meets. Outside of her work with children, July loves to be surrounded by nature and friends; the sea is her favorite place to recharge. She enjoys playing soccer, reading, and spending quiet time in God’s presence. A fun fact about her: she doesn’t drink coffee, is easily spooked by scary movies, and is allergic to spicy food—a detail that always surprises those who know her warm, adventurous spirit.
