Julia Dzyubak - Assistant Teacher Sycamore

Julia has over six years of experience working with children in both childcare and early education settings. Her background in healthcare has shaped her attentiveness, patience, and focus on emotional safety in the classroom. She feels especially connected to the toddler years and enjoys helping young children build confidence, kindness, and early social skills. Julia especially enjoys singing songs with actions and gestures, encouraging toddlers to move, dance, and explore through play.

As a first-generation Ukrainian American and the oldest of four siblings, Julia carries a deep appreciation for strength, culture, and community. She enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, crafting, and continuing to learn alongside the children she works with. She strives to create a classroom environment rooted in warmth, respect, and positivity, where every child feels safe, seen, and supported.
