Jenny Yongkaew - Assistant Teacher Sycamore

Jenny is from Thailand. She has always loved working with kids. Jenny worked as a nanny in Thailand for almost 10 years before becoming an assistant teacher at an international school. After that, she moved to the U.S. She graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University with a degree in Human Resource Management and also completed a Basic Accounting certificate at Ensign College. Currently, she is studying at BYU–Idaho for her associate degree. Jenny has lived in Massachusetts (about three hours from Boston) and spent some time in New York City, where she worked as a classroom lead teacher and assistant teacher before moving to Washington State. She really enjoys working with children; seeing their smiles and energy every day makes her happy and gives her life a lot of meaning.  She really enjoys traveling and learning about different people and cultures. On her days off, she likes being outdoors, going to the mountains, walking by the river, or hiking. Being in nature helps her relax and clear her mind.
