Casey Galgon, President

Initially from Wisconsin, Casey Galgon has called Seattle her home for over 10 years. After moving to Seattle and working as a photo producer, she moved to London for 2 years, obtaining an MA in Comparative International Education from the University College of London. Returning to Seattle, she most recently worked as the Operational Manager for Sahar Education, a local nonprofit. There, she promoted the importance of education for girls through early marriage programs and built girls-only schools in remote villages in Afghanistan. Her daughters, Gemma and Marlowe, have graduated from FCS, and her youngest, Oona, is excited to attend this school year. She savors a bluebird ski day and, whenever possible, loves to expose her kids to new food, people, and culture through travel.
